Gear Up for ST Octane Academy! Ford offers both Fiesta ST and Focus ST owners exclusive complimentary driving instruction at Ford Performance Racing School.  Speed addicts will see what the cars are capable of! 

Gear Up for ST Octane Academy

Above the sound of screeching tires and racing engines, the school bell at the ST Octane Academy is being rung for acolytes of Ford’s Fiesta ST and Focus ST high-performance small cars. Focus ST and the Fiesta ST owners are being offered the chance to learn firsthand the capabilities of their cars – and themselves with FREE training provided by Ford and Ford Racing instructors at Ford Performance Racing School in Grantsville, Utah.

Ford’s ST Octane Academy provides Focus ST and Fiesta ST owners with a full immersion into the Ford ST experience, with driving instruction and extensive course time with professional instructors. The intent is to demonstrate the performance capabilities of the owners’ cars and to improve their driving skills – all while having a grea time.  Just see for yourself in the video courtesy of the ST Octane Academy!

Eligibility to attend GT350 Track Attack
Anyone who purchased and took delivery of a qualifying Focus ST or Fiesta ST will have one calendar year from the date of delivery to register and attend the ST Octane Academy program.

Program Highlights

  • Classroom session (approximately 30 minutes)
  • On Track lead-and-follow session (you follow the instructor)
  • On Track instructor ride-along (instructor rides as passenger)
  • On Track hot laps (you ride as passenger with instructor driving)
  • Forward/Reverse 180s and parking box. {slider What’s a parking box? |closed} Well, have you ever wanted to do a handbrake turn into a parking spot? Here’s your chance!{/sliders}
  • Braking/Corner exercises
  • Skid car exercises
  • UrbanX practice session
  • Timed competition on the UrbanX course
  • Kart race to end the day

Start with the reception at Hoonigan Headquarters in Park City, Utah the night before, and move to on-track time at the Ford Performance Racing School the next day.
