All-new 2020 Ford Super Duty will offer next-level performance and technology

New features and upgrades for the 2020 Ford Super Duty

Hard-working Canadians across the nation have trusted the Ford Super Duty line of heavy-duty pickups to help them accomplish every task they have, and today, our Sherwood Ford team is excited to announce a new development with all of you. The Ford Super Duty line has been reintroduced for the upcoming 2020 model year with some incredible new upgrades and capabilities that are nothing short of stunning. Come with our team today as we take you through the new features and upgrades for the 2020 Ford Super Duty – we think you’ll be as impressed as we are!

2020 Ford Super Duty new powertrains and power capacities

The most striking new features on the 2020 Super Duty come under the hood, where you’ll find three available engines this time around. In addition to the Super Duty’s standard 6.2-litre gasoline V8, Ford has added some needed upgrades to its 6.7-litre Power Stroke Diesel. Perhaps what’s best of all, however, is that you’ll also be treated to a new 7.3-litre with  best-in-class horsepower and torque outputs.

To harness all this power, the 2020 Super Duty will bring a 10-speed TorqShift automatic transmission into the fold, a first for the line. With a wider gear ratio span than its 6-speed predecessor and class-exclusive live-drive power takeoff capabilities, you’ll be able to control anything you’re hauling with even greater precision!

2020 Ford Super Duty new tech updates and innovations

In order to keep up with a more tech savvy world, the 2020 Super Duty will introduce tech features that dare to raise the bar even higher. It will feature a class-exclusive Pro Trailer Backup Assist, Trailer Reverse Guidance system, and more driver assistance and safety features than any other heavy-duty pickups out there.

Living in today’s world requires you to be connected 24/7/365 for better or worse, but this is no problem for the 2020 Super Duty either. With FordPass Connect™ 4G LTE internet poised to be a standard feature, you can connect for lightning-fast internet wherever you are!
