What happens when I call Ford Roadside Assistance?

Available services from the Ford Roadside Assistance include towing, battery jump start, flat tire change, fuel delivery, and lock out assistance.

When you call Ford Roadside Assistance, this is what you’ll be asked:

  • Your current location
  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) *and where it’s located below:
    • Driver’s side door jamb
    • Windshield/dashboard (visible from the outside)
    • Vehicle title
    • Vehicle registration
    • Finance statements
    • Insurance documents
  • Vehicle make and model
  • Vehicle color
  • License plate number

What if you have an emergency?

If you have an emergency, please call 911, the police, fire department, or your nearest hospital for assistance.

How do I know if my vehicle is covered by Roadside Assistance?

If you have a Ford or Mercury vehicle from 2007 or newer you receive 5 years or 60,000 miles (whichever comes first) of service.

If you have a Ford or Mercury vehicle from 2006 or earlier you receive 3 years or 36,000 miles (whichever comes first) of service.
