First and foremost we would like to thank all of you! Without your continuous and loyal support throughout the years, we wouldn’t have been able to accomplish such an amazing goal, and win the Dealer of the Year award. We’re truly humbled by this and we can assure you that we will continue to do everything in our power to go above and beyond in hopes of winning the prestigious award again as we did in 2017 and 2018.
About the Dealer of the Year Award
Established back in 2009, the DealerRater Dealer of the Year Award recognizes a select number of car dealerships throughout Canada and the United States for their amazing customer satisfaction which is expressed through reviews left on the DealerRater website. Every dealership strives to be the best at serving their beloved customers to the best of their ability, and this award is just one way of recognizing those dealers who have proven themselves to be a cut above the rest.
The DealerRater Dealer of the Year Award is based on reviews by new-car and used-car shoppers and those who took their vehicles into dealerships for service. Dealer of the Year Criteria
In order to be in consideration for the award, a dealership must have at least 25 reviews on DealerRater during the previous calendar year, and there must be at least one positive review during each quarter. The dealership must also maintain an average rating above 4.0 throughout the year, and it cannot be blacklisted at any point during the year.
In order to separate the top dealerships from the rest of the pack, DealerRater uses a calculated PowerScore™ for each dealer on its website. The dealership that receives the highest PowerScore for each award category – Brand, State/Province, Nation – will receive an award.
