Community Talk: Strathcona County Encourages Community Conversation

Recently, a new initiative for Strathcona County was introduced by Family Community Services. This initiative, Community Talk, encourages meaningful community conversation among Strathcona County residents to help unify the community and develop solutions for various issues. All individuals in the community are encouraged to participate and can get involved in a number of ways.

What is Strathcona County Community Talk?

Community Talk is designed as an ongoing, beneficial discussion where all residents of Strathcona County are invited to share their values and aspirations for the future. The main goal of the initiative is to establish solutions for social challenges that many individuals in the community are currently facing. Through Community Talk, Family Community Services aims to encourage ongoing community conversations and hopes to hear from 12,000 Strathcona County residents by December 31st.
